Holy Moly.   What am I about to do?  Sell a house, you say?  What a concept……….since I have never sold a house before. 

A great big thank you to Vickie (and others) for all of the “hand holding” and words of comfort when they were needed the most.  The sale was actually a very easy one but I was not aware that is how a sale is supposed to go.  My best wishes to Vickie as she pursues her career in real estate as I know she will be very successful.  I just wish I had several more houses for her to sell for me.
